The company was registered in 2007 as U2 Computer Centre. It started at No.121, G/Floor, Medan Jaya Commercial Centre, Jalan Tun Hussien Onn, 97000 Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia. supplying Computer Hardware, License software & Repair services – Notebook PC, Desktop PC, Printer, Fax and etc. of all brands, to offices and dealers in Bintulu.

U2 COMPUTER CENTRE was formed and registered in 2007, to cater for the expansion of the business. By end of 2009, with the growing influence and the availability of information technology industry in the town, U2 opened additional show room outlets in Parkcity mall a bigger shopping mall at Bintulu town.
